Do you have a working model for value chain?

We do not have a specific model illustrating this, but 'Value chain' is simply a way of displaying the make-up of costs and margins - [remember that it was originally conceived of by Michael Porter as a %-of-revenue analysis of standard Income Statements!].
So if your model captures how each of those cost and margin elements is changing over time [R&D, sourcing, production, delivery, service, sales & marketing], then you can readily combine these to produce a Value Chain chart that shows how the mix of cost-elements and margins is changing. You can also easily convert $-cost to %-of-revenue numbers if you want to look at the value-chain that way.
In Sysdea, remember that if you add the value-chain elements to a Table, you can copy this into a spreadsheet for more charting options.
